Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Forestry, Wood Processing, Pulp & Paper, Biomass, and related industries.
- Promote and sell the company's engineering products, systems, and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the forestry sector.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Forestry Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 3 years of experience
- in technical sales, engineering sales, or business development within the
- Forestry, Pulp & Paper, Biomass, Industrial, EPC, or Engineering Solutions
- sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, mechanical systems, or engineering solutions for forestry-related industries.
- Experience handling industrial projects, tenders, and technical proposals is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Willing to travel extensively for business across Indonesia.
