Sales Executive - Ocean & Air Export Import

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive and fluent in English to join our dynamic team at PT. HECNY TRANSPORTATION BAHARI INDONESIA' in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within our ocean and air export-import business.

• What you'll be doing
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the shipping and logistics industry
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to secure repeat business
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes to customers
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• What we're looking for
• Competency & Fluent in English
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the shipping or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of ocean and air freight export-import processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with customers effectively
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management tools
