About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team at PT. HECNY TRANSPORTATION BAHARI INDONESIA'. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, East Java.

• What you'll be doing
• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, with a focus on finding solutions and maintaining positive relationships
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Providing feedback and recommendations to management to help improve our customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• What we're looking for
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Customer Service industry
• A positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
