Dozens Group is the parent company of Dozens Studio (Creative Agency), FOCUS Production House (Production House), and THIS Branding House (Branding & Design House).

We are a creative house providing services of Branding, Social Media Management, Online Campaign Activation, Photography, and Videography, and many more.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within a creative agency
• Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to build solutions
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal creative and project teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Confident in client presentations, meetings, and proposal delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in pursuing new sales opportunities
• Familiarity with branding, marketing, social media, or creative services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in client-facing engagements
• Understand client businesses, goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Develop growth strategies and achieve sales targets
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and partnership opportunities
• Lead client communications and manage stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns
• Prepare business development reports and performance updates
