About the role
Acquire new merchants through door-to-door and hunting sales. Identify merchant needs and provide consultative sales solutions. Ensure merchant onboarding and transaction activity. Map target areas and execute canvassing strategies.
- Key responsibilities
- Acquire new merchants through door-to-door/hunting sales
- Register products for GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) QRIS, GoPay Speaker rental, and/or Moka Kasir
- Identify merchant needs and provide consultative sales solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure merchant onboarding and transaction activity
- Map target areas and execute canvassing strategies
- Use CRM tools to track prospects and report sales progress
- About you
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales professional (door-to-door/hunting sales)
- Comfortable with technology, preferably with GoPay/Gojek experience
- Target oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Skilled in canvassing, product demonstration, and CRM usage
- Ready to execute door-to-door strategies and achieve set targets
- Own a motorised vehicle and hold an active Class C driving licence
- Required experience in sales canvassing
