• Anhera Suite Ubud is currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our pre-opening team.

We are looking for a proactive professional who is passionate about driving revenue, building strong business relationships, and supporting the growth of a boutique hospitality project in Ubud.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners.
• Promote hotel rooms, packages, and special offers.
• Handle sales inquiries, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain and update client database and sales reports.
• Manage online distribution channels (OTA) and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Reservations for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 or S1 in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sales & Marketing in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
• Familiar with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.) is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of hospitality market trends.
• Able to work in a pre-opening environment.
• Immediate join is highly preferred.

• IDR 3,500,000 – 5,000,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
