- professional to join our team at ÉPICE Indonesian Restaurant & CRÜ Corner Bistro, Kemang.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales, banquet and event sales (corporate, social, private dining, functions)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Handle inquiries, proposals, and event coordination from start to finish
- Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies
- Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage marketing initiatives to promote banquet and function spaces
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in banquet sales / hospitality sales
- Strong network in corporate and social event market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Presentable with strong understanding of hospitality service standards
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
