- Sales Marketing Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, utilities, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and project owners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support tender participation, project bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Provide technical and commercial proposals tailored to project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and technical) to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
- Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and technical briefings for clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- High conversational English proficiency.
Min. 2 years of experience as Sales Marketing Supervisor handling HDPE Pipe, PVC, Pump, Valve, Fittings, PP-R, Plastic pipe, Steel pipe from Building Material
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and willing to travel for business trips.
- Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident.
