- WWTP Technician.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of customers' water treatment systems.
- Collect water samples and conduct water quality testing in accordance with standard procedures.
- Monitor the performance of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and recommend operational improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to water treatment chemicals, equipment, and system operations.
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports after each site visit.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use of water treatment chemicals and systems.
- Support product trials, system commissioning, and other field service activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to address customer needs and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and company policies at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
- Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a technician in the industrial water treatment (WTP/WWTP) industry.
- High conversational English proficiency.
- Able to drive a car and hold SIM A.
- Strong knowledge of industrial water treatment processes, chemical handling, pumps, dosing systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Willing to travel frequently for business assignments across Indonesia.
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
