Identify new vape stores, tobacco retailers, wholesalers, distributors, cafés, bars, restaurants, night venues, and other suitable business accounts.

• Develop new sales territories and customer networks.
• Introduce new products and SKUs to existing and potential customers.
• Gather market intelligence and report relevant competitor information to the Sales Supervisor.
• Reporting
• Submit daily sales activity reports.
• Record customer visits and sales activities accurately.
• Provide information on new prospects and potential customers.
• Report daily sales, orders, collections, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the company's CRM or reporting system.
• Provide weekly updates on sales performance and territory development.
• Daily Sales Expectations

The Sales Representative is expected to

• Complete a minimum of 15 active customer/outlet visits per day, subject to territory and management requirements.
• Visit both existing customers and new prospects.
• Generate new sales opportunities every day.
• Follow up on pending orders and potential customers.
• Collect customer feedback and market information.
• Submit a complete daily activity report before the end of the working day.
• Provide photo/location evidence of visits where required by company procedures.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured based on

• Sales Value — achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Daily Outlet Visits — consistent field activity and customer coverage.
• New Customer Acquisition — number and quality of new active accounts.
• New SKU Placement — successful introduction of new products into existing accounts.
• Customer Retention — maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Payment Collection — timely follow-up and collection of customer payments.
• Reporting Accuracy — complete and timely daily/weekly reporting.
• Territory Development — growth of customer coverage within the assigned area.
• Activity & Discipline — attendance, punctuality, route planning, and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in vape, tobacco, nicotine, FMCG, or related distribution is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with vape stores, tobacco retailers, wholesalers, cafés, bars, night venues, or similar businesses is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali market.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently while reporting effectively to a Sales Supervisor.
• Good smartphone and basic reporting/CRM skills.
• Valid driving licence and own transportation are preferred.
• Bahasa Indonesia: Fluent.
• English: Basic to intermediate proficiency is an advantage.
