Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with customers, beauty stores, salons, clinics, and distributors.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Handle orders, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
- Support promotional activities and ensure excellent customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1, preferably Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 year experience in Sales, preferably in
- Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, or Retail
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work in the field and conduct customer visits.
- Good knowledge/interest in beauty and skincare products.
- Having a network in beauty stores, salons, clinics, or distributors is a plus.
- Having a valid driving license and personal vehicle is preferred.
