- We’re looking for driven and energetic Sales talents to join our growing team — from Junior Executives up to Senior Sales Managers.
- If you enjoy connecting with people, expanding market presence, and being part of a creative, fast-moving industry, this role is for you.
- What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow sales accounts across cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, events, and retail.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pitch our craft beer products.
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
- For senior roles: mentor junior team members and contribute to sales strategy.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales (FMCG, F&B, or beverage industry is a big plus).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about the craft beer scene and eager to grow with us.
- For senior roles: Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving targets.
