Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (conversational level is acceptable, no TOEFL, TOEIC, or HSK certification is required).
- Currently residing in Cikarang or willing to relocate to Cikarang.
- Willing to travel frequently for work.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for quotations and orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare and send sales-related documents such as quotations and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse regarding inventory status and delivery schedules.
- Confirm payments and follow up with customers when necessary.
- Accurately record and manage sales data and customer information.
- Support sales administration and other tasks as instructed by direct superior.
- Collaborate with internal departments.
Provide support for various operational tasks as directed by management (including office supplies management, facility management, and company operational support).
