About the role
PT Hanwa Indonesia is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Staff to join our team. This position is responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales activities within the steel and industrial sectors.
- Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to support business growth
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
- About you
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector and/or Steel industry will be an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willing to travel for business purposes if required
