About The Company

- Sales Staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned market segment to expand the company's customer base
- Understand customer needs, operational requirements, and business challenges to recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical explanations to customers when required
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer visits, proposal preparation, negotiation, order confirmation, to after-sales follow-up
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, and business opportunities in the company's reporting system
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including technical support, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management review
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Business level of English to do technical discussion with foreigner
- At least 3 years experience as Sales in Trading, Printing and Flexible Packaging in companies
- Have driving license (SIM A)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
