About The Company

- company. Currently, they are looking for
- Sales Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales activities for digital office solutions and security systems within the construction, metalworks, interior, and signage sectors
Engage with clients to promote and sell products including smart meeting rooms, queuing systems, lighting control systems, LED lighting, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads within the target markets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activities and industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve revenue goals
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, project management) to ensure smooth project handover and implementation
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum conversational English proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales handling digital office solutions and security systems
- Must possess own SIM A driving license
- Own personal vehicle (car)
- Target-oriented, with high drive to achieve goals and good negotiation skills
