Sales Supervisor - Auto-Finance (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions

• Lead and manage offline sales teams, set targets, monitor performance, and drive sales and disbursement results.
• Develop new regions by building and managing channel partnerships with dealers, distributors, brokers, and other local partners.
• Analyze sales performance, conversion, and disbursement data to identify opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
• Optimize sales processes and SOPs and replicate successful practices across regions.
• Coordinate with HQ, local teams, and external partners to resolve operational issues and support regional business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in offline financial product sales or channel management (Preferably in auto-finance or multifinance companies).

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• , both spoken and written.

Proven experience leading and managing offline sales teams, with strong target and performance management skills (Local network in Indonesia and experience with BPKB or loan operations are highly preferred).

Data-driven with strong communication and coordination skills.
