- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and visits
- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, admin) to fulfill customer requirements
- Maintain updated CRM records and sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in sales, marketing, communication or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or industrial equipment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
- Sales of filtration, pumps, processing equipment, automation, or industrial components, also any other fields industrial can apply.
- Familiarity with industries in Jabodetabek and surrounding industrial zones
- Exposure to B2B marketing and exhibitions
