Job Description

Sales Training & Onboarding

Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and refresher training for new and existing Sales Associates (SAs).

Module Development

Create engaging training materials covering Sales Techniques, Product Knowledge, Communication Skills, and Compliance.

Field Coaching & Mentoring

Conduct store/field visits to provide hands-on coaching, observe sales pitches, and offer real-time feedback.

Performance Analysis

Evaluate skill gaps, monitor training effectiveness, and track post-training sales performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum
• 2–3 years of experience
• as a Sales Trainer (preferably in FinTech, Retail, Financial Services, or FMCG).
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• In-depth understanding of field sales operations and retail dynamics.
• Willingness to travel/conduct mobile site visits as needed.
