- Job Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
- Develop intervention and treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ learning and emotional development
- Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions for staff and parents on child development, mental health, and well-being
- Refer students to external specialists or agencies when necessary
- Uphold professional ethics and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Master’s Degree in Clinical/Educational Psychology preferred)
- Valid professional license/registration (SIPP or HIMPSI preferred)
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in English Language and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
- Having a Responsible to Life attitude
