As we continue to grow and expand our services in Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, we are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service and efficiency.

The Scrum Master will play a key role in facilitating agile practices within our project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. This individual will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes, while maintaining transparency and communication across all levels of the organization. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as the Scrum Master will serve as a coach and facilitator for both technical and non-technical team members.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and between 3 and 5 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in Project Implementation, Trello, Project Planning, Teamwork, Project Management, Kanban, Agile Methodologies, Project Coordination, Agile Project Management, and Scrum is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of agile principles and have a proven ability to lead and support high-performing teams.
