Security Operation Center Analyst L1

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts from various tools and systems.
• Peform initial triage and escalation of security incidents.
• Investigate and validate security events.
• Document incidents and maintain records in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to respond security incidents.
• Support threat intelligence updates and improve detection rules.
• Follow security procedures and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in SOC / Cyber Security Operations
• Mandatory certification: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, CND (Certified Network Defender)
• Familiar with SIEM tools, log analysis, and security incident handling
• Basic understanding of network security, threat detection, and incident response
• Able to work in shift/on-site/project-based assignment
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
