• Position Summary
• An experienced and proactive Senior Accountant to provide accounting and finance support to our companies operating across Asia.

Working closely with the Group Finance Manager, client management teams, and external accountants, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting business growth, and driving continuous improvement across multiple jurisdictions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Financial Accounting
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts for the company.
• Manage and coordinate the month-end closing process.
• Review accounting records prepared by internal finance teams and external accountants.
• Prepare financial reports and analyse the company’s financial performance.
• Financial Control & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policies, statutory obligations and applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Assist with tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements to accounting procedures and financial controls.
• Treasury & Cash Management
• Review bank reconciliations and monitor the company’s cash balances and liquidity requirements.
• Assist with treasury and cash flow planning.
• Review payment batches and supporting documentation prior to approval.
• Assist with foreign exchange transactions and other treasury activities where required.
• Budgeting & Financial Analysis
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budget and investigate significant variances.
• Prepare financial reports, analysis and management information to support senior management decision-making.
