Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Barista or Barista in a hotel, resort, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot coffee machines and equipment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise the bar team.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and service-oriented.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
