The role of Waiter / Waitress involves providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, and assisting with any guest needs or inquiries. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. This position requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess strong customer service skills. Proficiency in English is required, along with effective communication and public speaking abilities. A willingness to work as part of a team and a passion for hospitality are highly valued. Previous experience in a restaurant or similar setting is a plus but not mandatory.
