- Minimum 5โ10 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or cloud-related projects.
- Proven experience in platform migration, cloud adoption, or application modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, as well as Kubernetes/OpenShift and DevOps workflows.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
