Senior Compliance Manager

Tanggung Jawab

Develop and maintain compliance policies in line with OJK regulations and industry standards.

Monitor regulatory updates and communicate key changes to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Manage regulatory reporting and daily communication with OJK and Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs).
• Conduct compliance training on AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law with at least 5 years of Compliance experience, preferably in Banking, E-Money, Payments, or Fintech.
• Strong understanding of OJK regulations, AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Experience in regulatory reporting, policy management, and audit processes.

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work onsite (Monday–Friday) in the SCBD area.
