Manage daily finance operations and oversee internal controls to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.

Prepare and submit regulatory reports to external stakeholders, including OJK, Bank Indonesia (BI), banking partners, and other regulatory authorities.

Manage daily company fund operations, including treasury activities, fund movement monitoring, internal system updates, and bank transaction reconciliations.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all fund-related operations.
• Prepare and submit tax reports in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and funding arrangements.
• Continuously improve finance processes, controls, and operational efficiency to support business growth

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 4 - 5 years of finance experience, preferably in P2P lending, fintech, or payment gateway.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI, and related compliance).
• Fluent in English.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and P2P lending accounting.
• Experience in treasury, fund operations, bank reconciliation, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills with experience supporting business partnerships and funding projects.
