About the role
- PT. Inside Development Group is seeking a
- Senior External Relations Officer
to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in managing and enhancing our external communications, stakeholder relationships, and corporate reputation. As a Senior External Relations Officer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong connections with media, government bodies, community organisations, and other key external stakeholders. This role is essential to our company's success in establishing ourselves as a trusted and respected business partner within the region and beyond.
- Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive external relations strategies that align with organisational objectives and enhance corporate reputation
Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and news outlets to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications materials to key stakeholders and media contacts
- Manage crisis communications and coordinate rapid response protocols to protect organisational reputation during challenging situations
- Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities to ensure compliance and foster positive relationships
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives and corporate social responsibility programmes that demonstrate organisational values
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the organisation
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in public relations, corporate affairs, or external communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia highly advantageous
- Strong networking skills with established relationships with media, government officials, and community stakeholders
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and community relations programmes
- Bachelor's degree in Law/ Communications/Public Relations/Civil Engineering
