We are an apparel company based in Jakarta, our productions focus since 1995 are making affordable sports apparel. Right now we are currently planning to make a new brands for kids apparel. we are looking for a passionate Senior Fashion Merchandiser. This role will collaborate with all the production teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with the company’s brand and style.
Handle major buyer accounts, process purchase orders, and track the Time & Action (T&A) calendar.
Prepare cost sheets (CMT, FOB), calculate fabric consumption, and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers.
Oversee proto, fit, and PP sample development, and source raw materials, fabrics, and trims.
Work closely with internal factories and quality control teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of apparel merchandising experience in a garment manufacturing or buying house environment.
Deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and proficiency in MS Excel or ERP systems.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities to guide junior team members.
