Visual Merchandiser

• Deskripsi pekerjaan Visual Merchandiser PT. Cottonink Duo Kreasiondo
• Be acquainted with and apply the company basic Visual Merchandising techniques.
• Be acquainted with, implement and be able to improvise VM standards to improve product display and store image.

Manage the store design, product's planogram (full size for sell products, testers). Ensure all stores are displaying the correct Tester, sellable product, in sufficient quantities.

• Manage and optimize furniture for the stores specific displays (hangers, tables, etc.)
• Managing VM implementation to ensure VM strategies are executed and achieved in an efficient and effective ways.
• Responsible to work with store team to drive retail KPIs
• Regular communication and feedback to Brand Merchandisers
• Plan & manage VM related promotional activities. Ensure all stores are displaying the correct visuals during the right period.
• Create VM guidelines / Ensure VM SOPS are adhered across stores.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree any major with related field and having good sense of art
• Have at least 1 year experience as VM in retail and fashion Industry

Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software including but not limited to Microsoft office, Adobe professional, Auto CAD, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Good time management to ensure all reports & projects are done timely.
• Have clear and effective communication skills
• Ready to work on Holiday / on the weekend / overtime.
• Willing to travel.
