• We are seeking an experienced
• Senior Finance Executive
• to manage the finance and accounting operations of our Singapore company while supporting
• group-level financial reporting and consolidation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations, including
• AP, payments, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare
• monthly management accounts
• including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and variance analysis.
• Support
• group reporting and financial consolidation
• Handle
• intercompany reconciliation and transactions
• Coordinate with external auditors and support the
• annual statutory audit
• Monitor cash flow and assist with payment planning.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for management.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting requirements.
• Work closely with finance teams across different companies and countries.
• Support finance process improvements and other ad hoc financial matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in
• Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualifications such as
• CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
• will be an advantage.
• Minimum
• 8 years of relevant experience
• in accounting or finance.
• Strong experience in
• financial reporting and management accounts
• Experience in
• consolidation and intercompany accounting
• Experience working with
• external auditors
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with
• ERP/accounting systems
• ; Acumatica or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong
• Microsoft Excel
• skills.
• Excellent
• written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
