Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process
• Analyze the company's financial performance, including revenue, profitability, cost, cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide early warning and mitigation plans for significant financial risks, cash flow issues, cost overruns, and declining profitability.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
• Provide strategic recommendations and action plans based on financial data and business performance.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial institutions
• Support budgeting and cost-efficiency initiatives across departments
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and audit processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a finance team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Able to present complex financial information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to Management & BOD.
• Proficient in financial systems/ERP and advanced Excel
• Professional certification (e.g., Brevet, CA, CPA) is a plus
