About the role

Lead the development and implementation of Project Engineering, Maintenance, Production Set-up, and Process Engineering Development. Establish divisional KPIs and execute strategies to enhance competitiveness through product differentiation, cost efficiency, productivity, and customer orientation.

Key responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of engineering projects, including the development, installation, commissioning, and improvement of production facilities and machinery

Develop and manage maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of production machinery and equipment

Manage CAPEX, including planning, design, budgeting, implementation monitoring, commissioning, and project evaluation, with a focus on cost control and productivity improvement

Ensure all production processes comply with established formulations, technical specifications, process standards, and quality standards

Manage production set-up, including planning, troubleshooting, process optimization, and the implementation of Early Equipment Management (EEM)

Optimize process engineering through continuous improvement, troubleshooting, process optimization, and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices

Lead product development and improvement initiatives by considering feasibility, manufacturing capability, process efficiency, material optimization, and cost effectiveness

Manage and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM), Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), and Design to Value (DtV) to support cost optimization and gross margin improvement

Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement programs through the optimization of materials, equipment, processes, and manufacturing systems

• Lead and develop the team through KPI management, coaching, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
• About you
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or a relevant field
• Strong background in Project Engineering and Maintenance, particularly within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including managing Manager-level subordinates

Experienced in Genba/Shopfloor activities, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and a hands-on approach to process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of engineering projects, maintenance management, CAPEX, process improvement, and manufacturing operations
