🔹 Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in marketing and sales, particularly in the fashion industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and marketing targets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Creativity and strategic thinking in developing marketing campaigns.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Designing attractive marketing campaign concepts across all digital channels
- Develop promotional strategies to increase Brand Awareness through all digital channels
- Manage all digital contents (social media, website, ads, e-commerce, etc)
- Implement all promotional strategies and campaigns consistently
- Manage marketing budget and ensure it is in line with set targets
- Analyze market and consumer trends including target market preferences, industry dynamics and consumer needs trends.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales campaign results
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with business partners, content creators, influencers in the fashion industry
- Plan and organize branding events, product launches, and participation in fashion exhibitions.
- Make reports of all activities to management and as input for future strategies
