Senior Mechanical Commissioning Manager

About the Role

We are currently supporting multiple Senior Mechanical Commissioning Manager opportunities across the region, with projects spanning data centres, mission critical infrastructure, multi-building and large-scale engineering environments.

These roles offer the opportunity to work across high-profile projects and support commissioning activities from planning and pre-commissioning through to testing, troubleshooting and final handover.

We are keen to connect with commissioning professionals who enjoy technically challenging environments and thrive working alongside multidisciplinary project teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage commissioning activities across mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Coordinate commissioning programmes and site activities
• Review commissioning procedures, testing plans and technical documentation
• Lead or support pre-commissioning, commissioning, FAT/SAT and system validation activities
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and project stakeholders
• Troubleshoot commissioning and operational issues onsite
• Ensure systems are commissioned safely and in accordance with project specifications and timelines
• Support project completion, performance testing and handover processes
• About You

We are interested in professionals with experience across

• 10+ years in MEP/Mechanical commissioning
• Data centre, mission critical, construction, industrial or major infrastructure environments
• HVAC, chilled water, electrical, BMS, MEP, CDU, or related systems
• (depending on specialisation)
• Experience across the full commissioning lifecycle (Cx0–Cx5) through to Integrated Systems Testing (IST/CTA)
• CxA, PMP or similar certifications advantageous
• Commissioning planning, execution and troubleshooting
• Site-based project environments and stakeholder coordination
• Strong technical problem-solving capability
• Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced project teams
• Experience in data centre or mission critical commissioning environments will be highly regarded.
