, this role is integral to optimising our production planning, inventory control, and supply chain operations. As Senior PPIC Supervisor, you will oversee the Planning, Procurement, Inventory Control, and daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and maintaining efficiency across all manufacturing operations. This role ensures smooth material flow to support production targets, optimizes storage efficiency, and ability to deliver on-time order with guarantees on-time order ole within our logistics and supply chain framework, directly impacting our ability to deliver the right quality product within the budget and on-time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the PPIC & Warehouse team, including planning, procurement, inventory control.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly Master Production Schedules (MPS) based on sales forecasts and production capacity.

Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, implementing strategies to minimise holding costs whilst maintaining adequate stock.

Enforce warehouse inventory principles (FIFO-FEFO) across all inventory items and continuously evaluate Safety Stock levels, analyze discrepancies between system records and actual physical stock.

Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery schedules to align with production needs.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production and supply chain processes, implementing corrective actions by adjusting schedules dynamically while finding the preventive action with all respective departments to ensure the same issue/bottlenecks not happening again.

Liaise amongst product development, production-engineering, sales, and finance departments to ensure alignment on forecasts, inventory targets, and material requirements

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all PPIC & Warehouse activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

• Train, mentor, and develop PPIC & Warehouse team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Identify and create action plans for damaged goods, slow-moving items, and dead stock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management, MRP, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Concepts.
• Proficiency in ERP and or WMS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership, team and time management abilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written) is preferred.
• Certification in supply chain management or related qualifications is advantageous.
