Job description for Senior Presales Engineer at Công ty TNHH TP-Link Technologies Việt Nam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Consultation and Support
- Advise customers on network device and Wi-Fi SMB solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Address customers' technical inquiries, propose solutions, and technical recommendations.
- Assist customers in comprehending and resolving technical challenges related to TP-Link's SMB products.
Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends within the realm of enterprise network and Wi-Fi equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with competitor products and perform comparative analyses with TP-Link's offerings.
Sales Department Support
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Participate in discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.
Training and Education
- Develop product documentation to enhance the sales team's and customers' understanding of products.
- Organize training sessions for the sales team regarding new products and solutions.
Technical Proficiency
- Possess broad knowledge of network and Wi-Fi products and solutions.
- Capable of conducting tests and demonstrating solutions effectively to clients.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on security surveillance systems, wired and wireless networking.
- Solid understanding of surveillance and security technologies, as well as networking principles and solution.
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication
- Certification in network or security management (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) is a plus.
