Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Create and elaborate training materials/modules for Agents and Branch Managers (BM) of English Academy Center.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for Agents and Branch Managers to improve sales capability.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis in collaboration with the Commercial Team to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product lines, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of capability development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the capability development of Agents and Branch Manager on an ongoing basis.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of capability development initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on capability development progress to relevant stakeholders/management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, with a focus on regional or national initiatives.
- Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing/implementing successful capability development programs.
- Skilled in driving sales performance improvement across regions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to process multiple information streams and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively with team members.
