Senior SAP Technical Consultant
Responsibilities
Review and analyze functional specifications to develop and implement SAP solutions
Provide technical estimations and design solutions while identifying technology and application development opportunities to optimize processes
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP Objects and/or SAP RAP technologies
- Responsible for initial technical testing of development
- Conduct debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Prepare technical specifications based on requirements
- Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives by documenting technical solutions, best practices, and newly acquired knowledge
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Strong proficiency in ABAP programming (RICEFW), such as reports, RFC, IDoc, BAPI, Enhancements (User Exits, BAdI), Dialog Programming, Forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), Workflow, etc.
- At least 1 full cycle implementation experience
- Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, and EWM
- Experience with SAP RAP (CDS Views, annotations, OData Services, etc.), Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Demonstrate advanced SAP solution design capabilities along with proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to proactively identify potential risks related to SAP development and deliver appropriate mitigation plans and best practices
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with SAP CAP development is a plus
