Senior UI/UX Designer

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end user experiences across our digital asset trading platform, including onboarding & e-KYC, wallet (funding & spot), and withdrawal flows, trading terminal, and other core product features.

Lead the complete product design process, from user research, journey mapping, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI design, interactive prototyping, to usability testing.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers (Backend & Frontend), Quality Assurance, Risk & Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and regulatory-compliant user experiences.

Design and enhance internal tools and Back Office platforms used by Operations, Finance, Risk Management, Customer Support, and Compliance teams.

Build, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Design System to ensure consistency across web and mobile applications.

Present design concepts, user experience rationale, and research findings effectively to stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve product usability, accessibility, user engagement, and overall customer experience through data-driven design decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, preferably at the Senior level.

Strong portfolio demonstrating the complete design process, including problem definition, user research, design exploration, prototyping, usability testing, and measurable business or user impact.

Strong understanding of both User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

• Proficient in
• Figma
• , including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Tokens, and collaborative design workflows.
• Experience creating responsive designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and spoken English for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile product development environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing products within
• Cryptocurrency Exchange, Digital Assets, FinTech, Digital Banking, Payment Systems, Capital Markets, or Investment Platforms
• Experience designing complex financial products such as trading platforms, wallets, payment systems, or financial dashboards.
• Familiarity with developer handoff processes and collaboration using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zeplin, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints is an advantage.
• Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and using analytics tools to improve product experience.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
