- Job Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for mobile applications, smartphone system features, and digital products.
- Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing to identify user needs and improve product experience.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard design tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and R&D teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and design guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Translate product requirements and business goals into user-friendly design solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams and HQ stakeholders to localize product experiences for the Indonesian market.
- Participate in design reviews, collect feedback, and continuously iterate designs based on user insights and testing results.
- Ensure designs are feasible for implementation while maintaining a high standard of usability and visual quality.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, interaction design, accessibility, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app or digital product design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
- Familiarity with Android Design Guidelines and responsive/adaptive design principles.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS or Android UI implementation) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience working with international or Chinese teams is an advantage.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Having overseas educational background will be preferred.
- Experience designing smartphone OS features, mobile applications, AI-powered products, or consumer electronics.
- Passion for emerging technologies, AI, and creating exceptional mobile user experiences.
