About the role

Lynk.id is Indonesia's creator-economy platform — a link-in-bio, storefront, and monetization suite serving tens of thousands of sellers and millions of users. We're scaling fast and formalizing our infrastructure, reliability, and security foundations.

We're looking for a hands-on infrastructure leader to own our cloud infrastructure, reliability, and security end to end — and to build the monitoring and incident-response discipline that a platform at our scale requires.

• What you'll do
• Own our cloud infrastructure across AWS and Cloudflare
• Stand up proper observability and alerting — monitoring, logging, on-call, and incident response — so we catch and resolve issues in minutes, not hours
• Define and enforce SLOs, disaster recovery, backup/restore drills, and high-availability architecture
• Build and operate reliable, automated CI/CD pipelines with safe rollbacks
• Lead cloud security: IAM, secrets management, CSPM, vulnerability management, and support for ISO 27001 / SOC 2 compliance
• Operate and tune our production stack (Flask, MongoDB, nginx, Cloudflare) for performance and reliability
• Mentor engineers, establish on-call rotations, and set the operational standards for the platform
• What you bring
• 6+ years in DevOps / SRE / infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a lead or lead-hands-on capacity
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and Docker
• Proven observability chops: Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent, plus alerting and incident management
• Solid CI/CD, Linux, and scripting (Python/Bash/Go)
• Cloud security fundamentals: IAM, secrets management, CSPM, vulnerability management
• Experience running databases at scale (MongoDB a strong plus)
• Track record of building reliability/security processes from an immature starting point
• Bonus points
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar) for reproducible, auditable environments
• ISO 27001 / SOC 2 hands-on; awareness of OJK/BI and UU PDP
• Fintech or high-scale SaaS background
• FinOps / cost optimization
