SEO Senior Staff

Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, link building, and local SEO aligned with business goals.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website/content performance to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Web Developer for technical SEO implementation and website improvements.
• Manage SEO content planning and collaborate with internal teams to maximize SEO impact.
• Handle off-page SEO initiatives including backlink and partnership opportunities with bloggers, influencers, and media.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for local SEO.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
• Manage website optimization end-to-end, including UX audits, landing pages, CMS management, schema markup, tracking, and website updates.
• Support SEO and website strategy across Cetta, Elevau, and Aixue brands.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO strategies.
• Experience in keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
• Ability to optimize meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and website structure for SEO.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance website performance.
• Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO purposes.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and develop SEO strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with social media, marketing, and web development teams.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and targets.
