Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus.
Present the menu, answer questions about ingredients, look out for food allergies, and accurately take food and beverage orders.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu to recommend pairings, daily specials, and upsell appetizers, desserts, or premium drinks.
Enter orders correctly into the POS system so the kitchen and bar staff can prepare them accurately.
Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the guest tables promptly and at the correct temperature.
Check back on guests to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and remove empty plates or utensils throughout the meal.
Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths after guests leave, and reset them with fresh utensils and glassware for the next party.
