Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly, help them to their tables, and provide menus.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS (Point of Sale) system and communicate any special dietary requirements or allergies to the kitchen.
Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and beverage pairings to make informed recommendations.
Deliver dishes and drinks promptly, clear empty plates, and ensure tables are clean and reset according to brand standards.
Ensure all served food and beverages meet quality standards before reaching the guest.
Process guest bills accurately and handle cash or credit card transactions efficiently.
Proven experience as a Server or Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written) to interact with international guests.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry heavy trays or plates.
Strong punctuality and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for billing.
