Tanggung Jawab

• Install and configure computer H/W , S/W and All IT devices
• Support Video Conference Meeting, Hybrid or Online
• Monitor and maintain end user computer system
• Troubleshoot HW and SW issues
• Preventive maintenance for all IT Devices
• Create report and manage documentation for IT Environtment
• Building relationships and engage with customers.
• Aware for customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• Major Computer Science / Information Technology
• Have Knowledge about IT, Infrastructure, Hardware, Software,Networking, Gadget
• Familiar with Microsoft Product, and Cloud service
