Shift Lead - Warehouse (Malang)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description

• Monitor working area remains safe, clean, and organized in accordance with company standards
• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and target achievement
• Oversee end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes
• Control operational activities based on established KPI and SLA targets
• Manage manpower allocation and operational team schedules effectively
• Develop team performance, discipline, and operational competencies
• Coordinate with related departments to support smooth operational processes
• Ensure accuracy in warehouse processes and administrative activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, with proven supervisory or team leadership experience

• Solid functional knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control
• Proven ability to manage recurring operational schedules, manpower planning, and daily performance deliverables against strict KPIs and SLAs
• Proficiency in handling warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel and Spreadsheets) for reporting

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across departments in a structured environment
