Inventory Analyst.

• Roles and Responsibilities
• To organize all document PO, Pick list & material transfer (MT).

To input all materials transaction (goods receive & goods issued) and materials movement (bin change location) by using SAP & Backbone online system

• To support warehouse activities.
• Create data daily inventory.
• Daily inventory program to minimize discrepancy
• To input data cycle count by using SAP & Backbone online system
• To monitor material status (fast moving, slow moving, dead stock materials & expired material).
• Manage & monitor Stock Inventory Level (Min-Max Level, Stock Replenishment etc)
• Manage & Monitor material discrepancy for material receiving, material issuing and to do improvement if required
• Ensure accuracy of material and spare parts inventory
• Create & Provide Routine Inventory Report (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly)
• Create & Provide Material Tracking
• Generated Material Tracking Report
• Preparing warehouse activities report on daily basis to supervisor.
• Qualification Personnel

Minimum Bachelor degree with minimum 6 years working experience or Diploma degree with minimum 8 years working experience as Inventory Analyst for oil and gas industry or mining industry.

Have experience managing warehouse inventory such as producing and compiling WO, processing and monitoring monthly budget spending, warehouse reporting in weekly and monthly basis, etc. 1. Familiar with material receiving procedure 2. Able to understand requirements on PO

• Familiar with computer and Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project).
• Able to communicate in English and BAHASA both spoken and written.
