Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify essential shipping documents (Packing List, B/L, Commercial Invoice)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers for timely pickup and delivery
- Track active shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues
- Ensure all outgoing cargo meets packaging, labeling, and regulatory compliance standards
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and status updates in the system (PIB, PEB)
Requirements
- University graduate from a reputable university.
- Has proven minimum 2 years working experience as Shipping
- Good command of English in all skills
- Proficiency in computer & Microsoft Office skill, Preferably experience in SAP program
- Able to work with target
- Able to start work immediately
- Handle ad hoc projects
